I dreamt about a large (but not abnormal) fish. It was a simple fish, that would have been unattractive but this one in it's normal fishy look was beautiful. It's 'skin' glistened with an array of beautiful colors. Pinks/blues/greens but they all formed together to make a beautiful glittery fish that swam in clear water, looking at me looking at it.

The site I goes to suggest there is a Christian alternative to this meaning (but doesn't say anything else). I think this has validity because while I don't remember the rest of the dream, but I do remember that I tried to write it down in my 'half sleep haze' and noted to myself "Being Settled w/ God is progress." I don't completely know what I meant by it and it's all I wrote. Any ideas?

Note: For the last few months, i've been on a pretty new journey in finding my faith. And both T and I have found my dreams to be very significant but usually I can remember them and they are (dramatically) more detailed.

I don't use a Christian site. I just use Dream Moods (which has always been a fairly good site for me as it usually is spot on) - all it says is "The fish is also an ancient symbol of Christianity and Christian beliefs..."

Another site says: "
The fish is also an ancient symbol of Christianity and Christian beliefs and dreaming of a fish may refer to the dreamer's beliefs and experiences within the Christian Church..."

But nothing really goes into any kind of detail...
