Hi all, I'm Marlowe, and I have bipolar disorder. one of my worst symptoms to control is insomnia, and when I don't get enough sleep I end up being even more prone to having rapid cycling. I've taken over the counter and prescription medications to try to help with sleep, as well as all the 'sleep hygiene' tips you see, and nothing ever seems to work. I jsut get more and more stressed and anxious as night after night passes and I'm not sleeping. Does this happen to anyone else? How do you deal with it? Thanks!
