I have always wondered why certain things happen in dreams or why we see things the way we do. For example, usually if it is a bad dream, if I look at my TV in my room, it is wider than it is in real life, and most of the time it only happens in bad dreams that take place at my house which is not very often now since most of them take place at my college. Or other things may look distorted or I may even see things or people that really aren't there. Or during a dream, the lights won't work which also usually happens during a bad dream. Another thing that tends to happen is that if I spot danger, like a tornado coming, or a fire, or if a building is flooding, sometimes no one even notices or cares about the danger. Even if I tell them they will either ignore me or blow it off as no big deal. Don't know why these things happen in dreams but they do. Have any ideas why?

The bad dreams mirror what you are feeling around college. You are wanting to see, but can not, because the lights don't work. At college you feel you can not see what is inside. You feel others may not listen to you. Most of these feelings seem to be associated with college life.

When I have bad dreams, it's usually about something I do not wan't to happen. It's really horrible, and feels so true. I can remember most of my dreams vividly, as I practiced lucid dreaming for a long time.

True, that can also happen to me and yes my dreams are very vivid and realistic and most of the time I can remember them.
