It seems like nearly every night I have bad dreams. Some are real nightmares, nearly all are really unpleasant and I wake up feeling worse than when I went to bed.

I HATE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!! It ruins my whole day and makes me dread the next night. I wake up feeling like the whole world is against me--including my own family!! I suspect it disrupts my sleep also--I mean, how could it not, really?

I have little enough energy and optimism as it is, and this is only making things that much worse!

Any advice greatly appreciated!! (I wish!!!!)

Ask yourself how you are relating to others in real life, including your family. Are you making communication with them, or are you up agenst a brick wall with them? These dreams are about how you are feeling in real life, and how others are responding to you.
