So its 05:45, and I've tried every trick I know to get to sleep, but nothing is working. I just can't get comfortable, my skin feels like its squashing me, if that makes sense?
My back feels so tight that the only way I might get relief is to shed like a snake, crawl out of my skin! Don't get me wrong I know its not possible and I'm not going to sh today, no chance! I was brave and did the food shopping! (Although I wanted to cry the whole way round the store and my heart was pounding!) I've got no nytol or anything left, and this tightness is actually causing physical pain and has been for a while now. Since a few days after I started taking Sertraline actually. *sigh* no idea what else might be causing it or what would help. I hate being stuck, and Google has not been my friend with this one! *insert lots of swear words here due to serious frustration* |

Can you try calling the chemist? I know Sertraline can affect sleep, not sure about other side effects. Perhaps even repost this under psychiatric medicines, as you may get more responses and been there done that experiences.

Its more the constant tightness of my muscles that's keeping me awake. The chemist said its probably the stress causing me to not be able to relax. Sucky.
Thank you for your advice though! I've always had trouble sleeping anyway so wasnt really putting it down to the meds. XxX |
