Last night I had a dream I told my mom about my mental illnesses and she was trying to destroy me for it. I took my mom with me to a hospital and she found out about my BPD so she became horrible and abusive so I ran off to hide. When I went to go find someone and report her, they thought I was just crazy and made me leave the hospital. I woke up afterwards, but the thoughts and emotions still haunt me.

I thought it was all real, I was terrified and in a panic because I thought my mom really was going to try to kill me since it all felt realistic.

You are going through something, and your loved ones must respect you for it.
