About a year ago my older sister had a miscarriage. Very devastating. Ever since then I've had this reoccurring nightmare where I am driving a car with my niece. She's the one that died in the womb but somehow she's alive and in my car. About four years old or something. Anyways, we are talking and I reach over to buckle her seatbelt for her while I am driving on the highway. Out of nowhere a semi truck comes and hits the passenger side with full force. my niece dies every time and I can never do anything about it. Its my fault somehow, I guess because I wasn't focused on the road. Ugh I have no idea.

Have you been able to try relaxing and visualizing the nightmare in your head (while awake), and changing what happens at the bad point? Sometimes that can stop them from reoccuring.

This dream may mean that you feel you are holding yourself in place, and dieing as a result. You are not watching the road ahead by doing so.
