I have not been sleeping the past few nights. Almost made it tonight issue at work earlier in the week that has left me with intense pain in my body and not able to stop thinking about it. Logically I realize I should not be having such an extreme reaction to this issue. Emotionally I am tormented.

This kind of situation serves to define an important aspect of my experience. I make sure my pdoc and doctors know I am prone to exaggerated reactions to relatively mild stimuli.

On the other hand, the work incident you describe in other recent posts would be a "big deal" to me, too. Can you talk to your doctor(s) soon? Insomnia and chronic pain can wear you down quickly.

Thanks Rohag. I'm hoping to snap out of it but if it continues I will be seeing my doctor.
