Last night I had a terrible nightmare, woke up and was confused about where I was. When I closed my eyes I thought I was back in my room at my abusive parent's house, but when I opened my eyes I was back in my current home. I really had a hard time going to sleep because every time I closed my eyes I thought I was back there.
My heart pounded and the I ended up taking 4 sleeping pills so I could go back to sleep.

Your dream is a result of that Therapy. It means you are healing.
