Sometimes dreams can seem very real to the person who is experiencing them.Do you have a doctor or therapist you can talk to about this?

:-) do you have a local mental health system? if you have insurance, one option could be to call them and ask for local therapist and local psychiatrist.

I don't have any advice, I just wanted to let you know that you aren't alone. I also experience this, and I have to think really hard sometimes on whether I dreamed something or if it's real.

I have dreamed and acted out my dream while sleeping. My husband had to wake me and I was confused because i thought it was real. I was dreaming I was lying down on the floor watching TV with my husband.... and we had a baby...( i dont have children ) and the baby was crawing all over the floor and i was crawling around after it.... my husband woke me and asked me what i was doing... then i realized there was no baby and the tv wasnt on and it was dark...... confused me. Not sure if its the same kind of issue but just thought I would through that in there. Good luck with finding a therapist
