Last 2 weeks I have gotten 4 to 6 hours of sleep... I've done behavioral changes like not watching Netflix in my bed, not doing anything in bed. But this is getting annoying. I'm frustrated and yawning constantly. I'm tired but can't sleep before 11:30 pm and up at 5 am. Any ideas of how to get more sleep?

Try drinking some chamomile tea before bed. There's also lavender lotion that u can get from bath and body works that's supposed to help sleep. Read up on aroma therapy, lavender and chamomile are sleepers.

If I'm out of Ativan, I'll use Benadryl or NyQuil.

zopiclone helps my insomnia, its a good med, you could ask your pdoc.
