My sleeping hours have completely gone off the norm. I have no regular pattern but feel that it is easier to sleep after 6am.
When I do force myself to stay up part 24 hours so that I can attempt to fall asleep before 12am, I wake up exactly 4 hours later feeling awake And unable to go back to bed. If i sleep at any other time, I wake up feeling perpetually tired. Warped sleeping hours have led me to eat only once a day and I've lost too much weight. I normally have a large appetite but that's gone. For a short period, I had nightmares about some form of apocalypse and me having to find someone to fight through it and crying to him to survive it. Also, I'm typically am outgoing person who can't stay home. After these sleeping issues I find myself withdrawing from people, feeling empty and reluctant to gogo out. Thanks for reading, guys. <3 Sincerely, troubled. |

If this gets chronic, then it is time to see a doctor or therapist. This smells of common depression.
