This may not be the right place to say this.?.

Something would happen, and I would think to myself "I had a dream about that." or did I? To prove it to myself, when I have such dreams, I tell them to my guy incase they should come true, and they have, more often than not.

Usually, they involve ppl I know, dying. One time I was unable to identify this man but he did look familiar so I asked my guy to go out and check on a gentleman we were familiar with, that fit the man visual-wise in my dream. The guy was fine and I was grateful. I found out within a few days or less that the man in my dreams was an old co-worker who was killed in a vehicle accident.

Another example not involving a death, I was sleeping and sat straight up in bed for no apparent reason. I noted the time and went back to sleep. The next day, I told a friend that he should check in on a pregnant friend of his. Sure enough, the baby's birth was at the same time I sat up in bed.

Sometimes I have vivid dreams but can think of no explanation, as hard as I try, to find a conncetion.

I am wondering if I possess esp or the like. These dreams are different than 'regular' dreams. Don't know how I differenciate. I am wanting to learn how I come up with these 'premonition dreams', and interpret the vivid ones I can not figure out.

Thanks.

Dreams is how our minds process the days events and feelings. Thus what you are doing is seeing the end result of that.

Hey Flyer. One way to tell what dreams are saying is to keep a dream notebook that simply is a record you make when awaking noting anything you remember.

Here are many posts on these premonition dreams. Here are some other people's thoughts.
