So every time I get ready to get some sleep after work I see these explosions of lights when I shut my eyes or its a constant bright light. Its like I'm staring at a lamp. I have to literally be up for days and pass out to get any sleep at this point. I have not slept for more than an hour at any given time for about 3 or so weeks. I know its a strain on the psyche and the body to deprive it of sleep but I just can't keep my eyes closed I did get an hours worth of sleep Monday night and thats been it since Saturday. I have tried various methods as to get sleep but nothing works. Melatonin various other sleep aids. I don't drink coffee or much caffeine filled drinks. And I walk about 15 miles a night at work but still nothing. Well thanks for letting me complain about this hope you all have a great day.

It is time for you to see a doctor about this. Wait no longer.
