[Lobster Hands]

Ok, so I'm running through a desert up and over dunes and through sand storms and junk... I have to make it to this mountain before time runs out otherwise something bad will happen (I don't remember what...I think an old man gave me a mission to get to this mountain and at the top there would be an answer to some problem in the world)

So I'm hurrying through the desert and I start to feel a little uneasy lol. I'm running and suddenly these 5 black hooded figures appear (sort of rising up from the ground...also kind of misty in how they appeared) in front of me in a kind of semi circle configuration. They stand together and just kind of stare at me for a minute or two and then disappear. (they appeared to be kind of see through looking...)

I start running again and just when I get the creatures/hooded figures out of my mind they appear again. This time, each of the figures are holding a knife in each hand ...I turn to run the other way and I hear them disappear so I turn back around and continue on my path toward the mountain.

The third time they appeared was when I was running up a massive dune that I couldn't see the top of...as soon as I reached the top and was aware of my surroundings, they appeared again. This time one of them came at me with the knife in hand and slashed my arm. I tried to stop the creature by grabbing it's arm, but my hand went straight through it like it was a ghost. Right after I got slashed, all the figures disappeared again.

As I start to approach the mountain the landscape begins to change into a salt flats type of landscape with a few bare/dead trees filling the sparse environment. I'm running and I begin to see each figure standing next to a different tree while staring at me, then I come up to one big tree and run around it and there are all five of them again...this time they all come at me with their knives and cut at different parts on my body, one cut on each arm and leg and one big slash across my back.

I start climbing the mountain...

I get midway up the mountain without interruption and notice that they are walking (not walking...they are sort of gliding over rocks that you would normally have to climb over...) very calmly and quickly and catching up to me. I manage to make it to the top of the mountain and I look back behind me to see where the figures went.....they're GONE!

I turn back around from looking down the mountainside and there all five of them are standing in front of me like they have been waiting there the entire time ...they all circle around me, push me over onto the ground, stab the center of my chest with their knives, and rip me apart into separate bloody pieces

the dream was weird because I wasn't living it in first person at the end....at the end I was watching the figures tear my body apart. Maybe that means something, idk

I seem to have gory dreams where I am the victim kind of, also...maybe that means something too (not too many...just some)

The dream could relate to a situation you once grew up in. Where you felt cut into by. Or torn apart by. Also it could relate to a current situation where you feel you are no longer part of, that you felt torn apart by.

could your meds be giving you these gory dreams? i had them when i was on paxil, to the extent that i preferred being depressed to having these type of dreams.
