It is 2:49 AM here in Arizona. I have tried sleeping but I can't sleep...and I'm on like 2 different meds for sleep. And I can't even get close to getting to sleep. I also took Zzzquil because I was afraid that the Trazodone wouldn't keep me from waking up at 3,4, and 5 AM like I did before I took the Zzzquil. I do have a headache and I took Oxycodone for it because that's like the only med that helps me with headaches or pain. I took the Oxycodone at like 2 AM and my headache is still here. All the pills and sleep aids I take are Ziprasidone 160 MG, Trazodone 50 MG, and Zzzquil. I did sleep till like 4 or 5 yesterday. But usually even if I have slept all day the sleep pills/anti-psychotics and sleep aid usually helps me get to sleep. I tried listening to music on low to see if that would help and I couldn't even get to sleep with that. Someone please help. I need help! I have an event I want to go to at 12 PM (when it opens) and I have to be up by at least 10:30 AM. I'm going crazy here...someone please help! I'm about to pull my hair out. I do not like being up all night.

Wake up it is 9:36 AM here in Arizona!. All those meds are messing up your sleep pattern. See your doctor about getting off some of them!

Be aware that any stimulant will affect the way the meds work. I have taken traz for years and it will not counter stimulants (coffee, tea, cola, chocolate, etc). I don't know about the other meds, but you may have some interactions from all you are taking.

You need to get on a normal sleep schedule. Go to bed at a normal hour. Make yourself get up at a normal hour. Until you do that, the sleep meds are just going to complicate matters.
