I just feel so damn awake. Been spending money like no tomorrow. I looked at my bank account and it is not as bad as I'd thought it'd be, but hell I was scared to look hahaha. But damn I am addicted to buying clothes sometimes and I haven't had a shopping spree like that since last year when I hit depression, and that really sucked.

My appetite..what appetite? Hahaaha. It's so random lately. I haven't been eating right since my lack of sleep. I've just came back from leave and I realised that not even a 5pm to 11pm could tire me out. End up going to bed at 2am something and waking at 6am. Feeling refreshed. Which is funny as I had weeks of sleeping for 10+ hours. Just what is this. I haven't changed anything to change my sleeping pattern Hahaha.

On a side note when I was feeling better from my depression, I didn't really feel the need to get my medication straight away, so I was feeling sick for over a week and throwing up and head zappy. I'm on my meds again now. The meds withdrawal is gone, but the pattern is still there. Is there any good remedies for sleep? Like home remedies as I don't want to take any sleeping pills. Just I have no idea why I am posting this, but I just feel the NEED to post something. At least asking for some tips. For your information I am waiting for an DX. I feel kinda awkward to post in the other forums so I thought this was best suited.

have you tried melatonin tablets? they aren't sleeping pills as such, they're natural.

Hello, there are herbal sleep pills, passiflora, hops, passion flower , Valerian/wild lettuce

Try not do anything stimulating two hours before bed , no TV (dont watch news or politics)
, no computers, try to wind down, don't have a big meal before bedtime, if you have to have thing ready for the next day get them done before bed (so they don't pop into your he a when trying to sleep)
Get body temp down , hot milk , Ovaltine, its been written that if you sleep naked it can aid relaxation.
Bye

I take melatonin since withdrawing from klonopin. Without it I cannot sleep at all. You are only supposed to take 1 mg allegedly but I take 8 mg. Whatever works I say!

I'm in the same boat with you, being super stressed out for the last couple of weeks, I feel like I have not had a good sleep in weeks. I feel possessed with the shopping frenzy, I am constantly going online, craigslist, wherever looking for good deals. I spent money I did not have yesterday but they were good bargains and it was stuff I needed...mostly LOL My eyes are red and blurry from too much online browing.

It seems like the adrenaline has kicked in and no matter how tired we are, it is going to override the fatigue. I guess at some point we will crash. I don't get it either. Before I went off psych meds, ambien worked wonders to help me sleep...plus the klonopin. Those are no longer an option for me.

I wish you best of luck, it's rough I know!!!
