(tw:mention of animal death)

i had a dream me and my dad were in his car and he was driving fast and we were having fun like we used to just driving around, but then he purposefully ran over a young pitbull (but it wasn't a puppy) and i was screaming at him and crying for him to not run over it but then he backed up over it anyway and drove on it again and i screamed at him that i hated him and he kicked me out of the car or i jumped out i don't know all i know is i had to walk home and i was crying. a woman told me to make sure my shoes were on good because it was dark and i guess this was a place where i should be ready to run(?) then a friend of mine drove by and i asked where he was going. i asked if he could at least take me halfway to my house because it was dark, i was lost and it was a long way to walk. he hesitantly said yes, and ended up driving the wrong way, making it even further from home, and i begged please still drive me half way home i know this is more gas and time but please, because by then i was so so scared of being alone in the dark world. my parents suddenly pop in, as they were hiding(?) in the car and then they drive me home, my mom and my dad, to a place that sells ice cream. my dad buys a snow cone thing for himself but says they did it wrong (even though it was a perfectly good one the way he eats it all the time,and i accepted this as an apology(?) the place is hiring but we walk out , my mom first while she is still talking to me. this is all i remember before waking up.

You are feeling alone and scared out in the dark world. Your parents are your wiser more mature part of your self, and helps you leave the scary feelings. This dream also could relate to a situation you are having with your parents. They might be telling if you leave home, you will be all alone in the dark world.
