This week I have been able to sleep for as long as I have liked, and on Monday-Wednesday I slept about 11-12 hours per night, and when I woke up I just wanted to stay laying in my bed for a while. I was already thinking of posting this, then last night I slept for only 5 hours. Should the amounts I have been sleeping be a concern?

![]() I really don't know. I also have something like this, but I lean towards sleeping to much for boredom & as a runaway from studying & loneliness. I usually sleep at different times around 12 hrs. But I definitely know that this is wrong. The best thing for our body & psych is that we regulate our sleeping with stable number of hours & at the same times of day everyday. The most healthy & happy people can do this regular sleeping. I always try to do this, to discipline myself to sleep around 6 hrs from 12:7 am, & 1 hr in the afternoon. But it's a very hard task to discipline myself, 'cause I always oversleep & that increases my depression & frustration with myself ![]()
