Does anyone get nightmares for no apparent reason? I keep getting them and they always seem to do with death, but not mine or anyone I know. Last night/early this morning I had one that was so bad and it involved an infant. I woke up with a severe stomach ache and had to deep breath for almost an hour while holding my stomach. I finally took .5mg's of xanax and fell back to sleep.

I've been having nightmares multiple times a night for the past week for no reason, too. I don't have any ideas as to why, and it's frustrating.
