I thought I should post this to help others with sleeping issues due to anxiety or something else. It may help.

Personally I like to keep my room feeling clean and fresh washing my blankets, pillows and sheets maybe even have a cup of lavender tea. Spraying my room with air freshener or heating up some essential oils. Kind of like turning my room into a mini spa.
