For hundreds of yrs. (it seems) I've had dreams of being persecuted by relatives and one in particular. In the dreams they're constantly putting me down and I wake up feeling persecuted. They sometimes work together in my dreams as if they're in cahoots with each other in trying to bring me down almost to the point of being physical. It works and my self esteem has been pummeled over the yrs. It's getting harder to take. I'd like to have a head start and at least be able to wake up without feeling so depressed in insecure. The thing is there's no escape. I have to take care of two of my relatives because there's no one else.

How can I escape these relatives at least in my dreams?

Are you putting yourself down to much in real life? Are the relatives in real life still actively putting you down? Why do you need to take care of them? What do they suffer from? To keep them out of your dreams you first must not be agenst yourself. Also you may need to seek professional home care for the relatives you care for, depending on their situation, and if you can afford it.
