I have a general question about omen .On the night before my wedding,my maternal grandmother died of old age and someone accidentally put out a candle burning during a ceremony, which are both bad signs.

I was wondering if there is any truth to these signs and if anyone can offer an opinion on this??

i do not see how either are bad signs. people die and candles go out. the only way things have any power at all is if you believe. i for one believe death is making way for new life so the death could be seen as bringing new life, new beginning to your marriage so it can be a good sign. if you see things as bad omens, then any little bad thing in the world is going to stand out in focus for you big and bold no matter how many good things happen to you. you will be looking for the bad so these things will be easier to see and you will notice the good things less.

I can relate. I read your other posts. You and I have a lot of issues in common. I think you are looking for bad omen signs because you have marital and post-partum problems. I thought I must have had a curse, too. I hope letting you know you are not alone helps you a little.

Personally I would google it. I didn't generally believe in black cats, etc. But on my very first date with my Con Artist ex, a black cat crossed my path. Wish now I would have turned around and returned home.
