I hate this. I'm up again at 2 o'clock (EST) in the morning
again not being able to fall asleep.
Ever since I stopped working because of an injury,
I have not been able to have a normal day.

I used to hate the routine I had when I was working but now I wish I had it back.
There is stuff I could take but then I'll be sleeping too much
and I won't be awake during the day.
I used to have sleep apnea but it went away.

I also have COPD but I don't need the mask and oxygen
at night because I stopped smoking and lost weight.
But no matter what I do I just don't sleep much anymore.
Maybe it's because I'm getting older.
Oh well , I'll surf a little then try again.
Good night whoevers out there now.

If I'm lucky, maybe 6 hrs. or so uninterrupted, if I'm lucky. Usually, if I fall asleep around 9 pm. lets say , I'll be up by 3am. and not be able to go back to sleep. Or I may go to sleep for a few hrs. , get up for a few hrs. , and then maybe go back to sleep for a few more hrs.

I know it sounds crazy and it is. I don't nap in the daytime either. My Dr. won't give me anything for sleep because he's afraid of a contraindication with my meds.

I think my circadian rhythm is way off.
