Ever since the terrorist attacks on Paris I have been having nightmares every night. They are after me and I am running from them. It is kind of true, though, isn't it since they are saying they are going to target the US.

our emotions drive most of our dreams, especially the emotion of fear, and usually it will be this emotion in the driving seat of your dream.

I know some people will have dreams that predict the future, but this isn't very common, most of our dreams represent the hidden emotions that we have.

Cut back on watching the News. The networks and politicians are fear mongering this to much. Do no let yourself play into the anxiety they are pushing.
