Ok last night I dreamed about my ex, a series of dreams. Tonight I can't sleep at all. I feel stressed. I want to sleep but just can't bring myself to do it.

losing sleep will stress you out even more, and the more stressed you are, the more horrendous the dreams, I wonder if you could do things this weekend to deliberately relax you, watch non-scary things on the tv, speak to people who are going to be nice to you, try unwind and then hopefully, you'll feel more relaxed and less anxious about going to sleep?
