I've always had trouble sleeping, but this got worse since May 2015. If i dont take any help i can go on sleeping 2-3 hours per night while i know i need from a minimum of 8 to even 10-11 hours of sleep per night to feel really rested. Anyway.

I saw many docs, tried different meds, they all say insonnia is caused by psychological factors. OK i'm not that relaxed lately, but until a while ago i was much better, and even now, i dont feel i have recurring obsessing thoughts that would keep me awake or make me wake up in the middle of the night not getting to go back to sleep (now is one of those nights).

Do you know if it could by anything phisycal to cause this?
My health is perfectly fine, so i cant see any reason i have insonnia!
Your experiences?
Hugs from:
Takeshi

My insomnia has to be treated. No matter what. It will cause me to be on meds permanently. On the bright side I get the sleep I need. Even when the psychological part is treated I still need meds. If you can't turn your brain off by yourself meds can help.
