I often wake up in the middle of the night & can't go back to sleep. When this happens, I get up & do walking meditation. I just walk slowly & deliberately throughout the dark, quiet house... around-&-around... Thoughts come-&-go. I pay light attention to my feet as they touch the floor. I actually find that I enjoy this & look forward to opportunities to do it...
