I've had sleep apnea for two years; been using cpap for 22 months. I'm still exhausted, stuck in a job I hate, no energy. Blood work shows no abnormalities, I do everything I'm supposed to and still I'm wiped out. I have run out of options.

Hello Noctuary: I'm sorry you have come to this point. I have some sense of what you are feeling. I've always been a person who felt worn out all the time. No matter how much sleep I get, I'm always still tired. In my case, I attribute it to anxiety. I've pretty-much always run on my nerves & I think it has taken its toll. At this point, I suspect my body simply wouldn't know how to function in any other way. I hope that, in some way, you will be able to yet find a remedy for your exhaustion...

I let it get to me and quit my job like an idiot. Now I have no insurance and even less hope. I hope I just die soon, I want out.

Good for you! The is more hope for you now, not less. As you will soon see, as you move on from a bad job.

Hi Noctuary. So sorry you are not getting restful sleep. There was a time in my life I was incorrectly diagnosed with allergies and given allergy medication. It was the most fatigued depressing time of my life. I literally had the energy to shower and then I was exhausted the entire rest of the day. My fatigue went away about 2 1/2 weeks after stopping my allergy meds. Just an idea as I don't know your medication regime. Hope you find relief.
