Hello there.
Before I finally sleep at night the concept of death just brings me to a state of panic. I visualize dying in a variety of forms, all non-self inflicted, and the concept of ceasing to be terrifies me constantly. . I have no thoughts of suicide. Nor have I ever. . This occurs no less than once a week. . I've been in the military for over a decade. . My partner is aware of it and supports me. . I've never spoken with a mental health counselor. . I frequently work out. . I'm religious/spiritually and identify as Christian Last edited by FooZe; Feb 21, 2016 at 03:21 AM. Reason: added trigger icon |
