My daughter keeps having the same dream over and over, the first night she said she looked into a mirror and seen a girl hanging. The next next samething but this time she said it was her. Please help what can this mean.

She might be seeing her self hanging in a real life situation. Not a real hanging as in the movies, but the feeling of hanging.

If you don't mind me asking, how old is your daughter . The reason I ask is because she may be feeling like she's either stuck or being suffocated by a situation she's dealing with right now.

She is 14.

She is 14 years old, she is struggling with anxiety.
