I'm 12 weeks pregnant with baby #2.
Last night I had a dream and I was 20 weeks pregnant, with another boy, and I had a miscarriage. I was devastated, and woke up really upset. I heard the heartbeat yesterday so it's not like I'm worried about my baby's wellbeing right now. What could this mean? Thank you

The dream means anxiety. The dream could mean some thing "miscarriaged" recently in your real life.
