Hey there.
I was wondering if anyone here had done some research on sleep walking. I am 18 years and I have been doing weekly since I could walk. The last year or so I've mainly been waking up under kitchen tables or on a floor somewhere with a pillow. I have never gone outside, but I have fallen and ran into stuff. I have woken up multiple times with cuts, bruises and black eyes. Any ideas on what I could do to calm it? Thank you. |

Hello Albeelo: I'm afraid I don't know much of anything with regard to sleep walking.
![]() I searched the web for information on this. This website seemed to offer a pretty comprehensive overview of the condition: Sleepwalking (Somnambulism) Causes & More | Cleveland Clinic The types of treatments that are typically recommended seem to be similar to those that are recommended for anxiety. It may be best to check in with your doctor. ![]() ![]()
