Hi there... Between anxiety and a very busy life I really don't sleep that much,, maybe 4-5 hours every night.. I feel like that's enough but at the end of the week I hit a wall... Meditation & Relaxation does not work for me...

Hello 1bad_wolfy: Welcome to PsychCentral… from the Skeezyks! I hope you find the time you spend here to be of benefit.

PsychCentral is a great place to get information as well as support for mental health issues. There are many knowledgeable & caring members here. The more you post, & reply to other members’ posts, the more a part of the community you will become. Plus there are social groups you can join & chat rooms where you’ll be able to connect with other PC members in real time (once your first 5 posts have been reviewed & approved.) Lots of great stuff! It is no wonder meditation and relaxation does not work for you. My advise is to stand down and take care of yourself.

Do you sleep during daytime? You mean you go to bed and can't sleep for e.g. 3 hours or you just don't feel sleepy and therefore don't go to bed?

I'm lucky if I get 4 hours sleep, I've tried reading, suduko, listening to music and I just can't sleep. When I've got a few hours during the day, I catch up. I can sleep during the day no problem but when it comes to night, I struggle.
