He's long since remarried. I'm having uterine surgery Monday to remove polyps.

I dreamt he was lying in bed, removed his shirt, which looked very sexy to me, his lean muscular body. Told me he wanted to get me pregnant, and in my dream I was all on in. Than our 14 year old daughter was somehow hugging me on my back fully clothed both of us. He's still in that part of dream lying on bed. Next image I'm alone pregnant with his kid and happy/content.

In reality blood gushed out, bed a mess and took a bath to clean up.

The dream is about your feelings around your up coming surgery. You feel the polyps may indicate being pregnant, or wishing to be pregnant. Your daughter mirrors a part of yourself. The ex husband also represents a part of you.
