Lately I've been waking up sometimes with this feeling like I am having a heart attack or feeling like I can't breath. I know I have sleep apnea but it never has gotten to this point. Wonder if that means the sleep apnea has gotten worse or something.

Anyone else have this feeling? I will either have this pressure sensation in my chest and at times, I may even feel like I am not breathing well and feel like I would pass out. Sometimes I wonder if I should get a second sleep study and see if I can get a breathing mask some people get in order to breath and sleep better.

Sounds like you are having a panic attack. I have had bouts of this myself, but I am currently in remission from panic attacks. They can go away in time, but if they don't, see someone.
Thanks for this!

Makes sense actually. I do get anxious very easily so it could be that.

Yes! I wake up sometimes with my heart pounding, and nervous as all heck. I have panic attacks occasionally, and am a high strung person naturally. I used to get panic attacks that woke me up at least 3 times a night. Also night terrors. Thankfully I don't have them as often now. I would have certainly ended up in the hospital if that had continued. I was getting no rest and no sleep. I'm on the extended release Xanax now, which helps tremendously.
Thanks for this!

Sometimes I've woken up and felt my heart racing a bit faster than usual, almost like I had a dream that stressed me out, but not to the extent to where I'm feeling like I'm having a heart attack. I've woken up all sweaty sometimes too.

Like someone mentioned previously: perhaps seeing a doctor will help you out here if things get much worse.
Thanks for this!

Hi,
i'm not a medical doctor, so your statement to get a second check makes sense on the surface. There are however some additional strategies you can deploy...

Do you meditate? Meditation is an excellent way to centre oneself. Here's my premise for what it's worth...

Inside yourself you are likely feeling some kind of pressure. For whatever reason, you haven't addressed the underlying cause. As a result, it's manifesting physically in your body.

So, yes, it makes sense to address the existing physical problem medically. However, my premise is that until you address the underlying cause of this, you will likely continue to suffer.

I did a dream interpretation of yours about the tsunami. That dream had fear in it of your feminine sweeping under your existing world as you knew it, i.e. the school et al.

It might make sense, before you go to sleep at night, to ask your guides to assist you in facing this fear.

Hope some of this resonates with you.

With kind regards,
Guy
