I had a dream that a friend, who was a flight attendant, was on a plane that was hijacked. She called me on my phone asking what can be done and see if I could help resolve the problem. Of course, I was at home, so I couldn't do anything.

I asked what it was like on board and she said it was chaos and that the plane was acting erratically. She asked to see if I could help her somehow, and even though I really wanted to help, I didn't know how. I told her I'd try my best.

I told her I would call an airport to let them know, which I did. They just said they would handle it. I called my friend back and she was thankful but still worried. I asked if she knew where she was going and she said she believed back to the airport.

A few seconds later, she mentioned that the plane was extremely low and close to water but no airport was in sight. It was followed by a scream, a rushing crashing sound, and then the call was cut off. Not sure what this could represent. Not sure if it represents wanting to help someone in a situation but feeling hopeless and helpless to do so.
