I take 400 mgs. of Seroquel and I don't dream anymore. I'm so stable. It's weird. Everything is normal and good for the most part and has been for months. Do the meds take the dreams away? I used to have lucid dreams and I miss them but I don't miss all the drama of my old bipolar/alcohol life.
How can I dream again and still take meds?

Keep working with your therapist. Ask about changing your meds.

It might not be that you aren't dreaming, but maybe you're in a deeper sleep. I've taken seroquil before, and 25 mg knocked me out all night. I did not remember anything. That might be going on with you. Im not sure how you'd be able to dream again, without changing meds. I'm not sure that is worth it though if you feel it is really helping your bipolar symptoms. You could bring it up with your psychiatrist, maybe they would have an answer for you.

Hi, The reason you don't have dreams is because your health has improved and you don't need vivid dreams to wake you. We dream all the time but remember only those that happen near waking level. You must sleep soundly!
