Sleeping pill can make me fall asleep, but I can't stay asleep. I wake up so early in the morning. I have tried everything I can think of, and my T has no idea what to do. My doctor says I should not take stronger sleeping pill. Help! I'm so exhausted every day. I get anxious to just think about sleep. How can I get normal sleep?

So what time you go to bed and how long you sleep before waking?
If you have naps during the day, you obviously need less sleep at night.
Sleeping pills are bad news! They may help you to go to sleep but you need a stronger dream to wake you.

Usually around midnight. I aim 6-7 hours sleep. I never take nap since I started having trouble to sleep at night.
