I'm physically exhausted to the point of skipping some important classes in collage due to lack of sleep and overwork. I have a cold and hiccups as well. I finally got a chance to sleep early, cancelling classes and dinner offers and making time, around 8 pm. However, after I miraculously slept well for less then half an hour, my brother came in from nowhere and invaded my room turning all the lights on to do his homework because his room was loud. After he shamelessly left the room without a single word of apology, my eyes are left wide open. I can't sleep anymore. Help! Or I might collapse from exhaustion very soon! Now it's almost one in the morning.
Hugs from:
BLUEDOVE, Takeshi

Hi,
It is likely that you had enough sleep to last you for some time.
The best remedy for cold is not medicines but a warm dringk and a warm bed.
If you raise your body temperature 2 degrees for some time, you'll notice the cold will ease and you'll feel better! May even go to sleep!
Thanks for this!
Takeshi
