It's a sleepless night ..Ugh! My thoughts are racing tonight right along with my heart. I know it's anxiety. Been forever since I've felt this way. It's become an unfamiliar feeling. I'm reminded just how much I hate it.

I've done what I've known to work in the past. Took a hot bath, did some reading, wrote a short blog and now posting here. Where I know there's others that understand.

::sign:: 4:30am is going to come quick. That's when the alarm goes off.

And turn the radio loud, I'm too alone to be proud
You don't know how it feels
You don't know how it feels to be me

That's exactly what was keeping me awake. Worried about some things. I really have to focus on what I can change. Not on what I have no control over.

Hey there! I remember the struggles with sleep and anxiety when I first got clean. It was really rough. It definitely gets better though. It just takes some time. In the midst of the roughness just make sure you are taking care of you the best you can.

Congrats on one week. That's fantastic!!
