Every night,

Every single night, I am chased by creatures or people, I feel panic, my fiance says I shake in my sleep, I run and run, I've tried to make myself stop and face it, but the next one just starts.l

I feel exhausted, make it stop.. please

You are being chased by your feelings, as represented by those creatures.

Hi,
With so many different medications, it is hard to tell what causes your nightmares.
Dreams, including nightmares and night terrors are created by your own subconscious to respond to interference and intrusions during sleep. In fact your nightmares are dreamt to help you sleep longer.
It is likely that one or more of your medicines create electro magnetic noise in your brain, therefore you need more vivid and more violent dreams to tell you when to move, change sleeping position, wake up, or stay asleep a bit longer.
Unfortunately many therapists and psychologists do not understand the interface between the subconscious and the brain during sleep.

I am sorry to hear that. You should pray before sleeping, it helped me a lot

Try taking a hot bath or do something that relaxes you before sleep.

I had a lot of nightmares as a child. At some point I would always orderly put my house shoes next to my bed. I believed that would help me get rid of the nightmares. Doing that didn't remove my nightmares completely, but I had a lot less after doing that every night.
