Every other night usually, I have disrupted sleep. I'll get 4-5 hrs, then wake up. I think about things during this time, things that I'm upset about. People who have hurt me deeply. I just know I'm awake and want to sleep. It started after I started taking viibryd in November. It also started after something traumatic happened to me. I'm not sure which is causing me to have this disrupted sleep. The good part, is I know the next night I'll sleep for like 10 hrs.

Thanks Thunder Bow. I do wonder if it has more to do with depression, due to the content in my thoughts when I wake and that keeps me up. But thanks for your response. It's good to know I'm not alone.

I think the next time this happens, I will open up a book and read something uplifting.

Depression and anxiety goes hand in hand. What you have, seems to be mild and within normal parameters.
