Hey there motor! Same here. I'm new on here too I'm from Australia, I also have big sleeping issues so your not alone, from what I have read most of the people here experience that too. I am trying to get myself into a routine as well, it hasn't been easy I have been up for 48 hrs now and I'm still up!. It's horrible but I soldier on in hopes that tomorow will be a better day. Just wanted to let you know your not alone

Whoa, 48hrs? That'll be excessive even for me, I woke up at 6pm, you may know what this means, I'll be up all night tonight, this wasn't my intention though, yesterday sucked 's all. There's this superstition on the time of 2am, I believe it's like ghosts will come out and will be very active, or so it's said. I used to get scared a little, silly stuff. (and dangerous thoughts if you were driving through a long tunnel alone in your car, it gets you freaked out, man, there are enough tales of ghost stories from cab drivers and all that, I still believe them!)

It's 7am still awake as per

Motor, sleepy_eyes, you guys maybe thinking about habit change and do have some guilt feelings over this too? For me, all the conventional ideas about sleep are out, I let 'em come to me when they suit me, anything could be thrown at those sleepless times like from book readings to candle/incense lighting, I just hope you can open up to any ideas to just think out, and perhaps try out without spending too much resources that you may not be able to afford.

Someone recommended white noise machine on this website, I just don't like gadget that needs to be plugged in, I don't have a beautiful home to afford such a thing, a shack in the woods would be the same thing/effect if one's into nature? And there are sounds available at youtube, I forgot the name, sorry, I don't care for their scientific studies, I'm just saying it won't hurt to try them all.

Right, what about 3am? umm,,,it could get bloody, let me stop my thoughts there. And 'Trainspotting (1996)', stay outta **** like that, ey? So, there goes the balancing of your life and reexamination of it which you haven't mentioned here, just normal people stuff, right? I don't know about gamin or porn/food addictions and stuff, people get hooked on anything, remember, saying/throwing a simple question opens up everything else, equations, dots connecting are meant to be erased? Cultural ideas, mass ideas, amassed (by yours truly) ideas are worth editing the **** out of it with all you can, Motor, you picked a great name, man.

UK has great industrial histories, I don't care for Holdens or KIAs, I'm outta **** to say, welcome to both of ya, Stay Solid and Keep Rockin'!
