For the past coyple of days ive had at most 5 hours of sleep every night and have found that while i still did a lot of rumination in my mind - splittung and fluctuation of emotions were less severe.
Just yeaterday i had 7.5 hours of sleep and 1) i felt much more tired and muscles went back to feeling extremely weary 2) i split twice today 3) i feel more depressed and hopeless about the future. Have you guys ever had this experience of sleep having this kind of effect on your symptoms? |
