What are your thoughts on constantly recurring dreams?

My boyfriend has had the same dream several times now over the past month. It's extremely vivid, he can remember every detail. In it, he wakes up beside me in a large pure white bed, room completely white. There is a large window behind us, it's open. He can see the curtains moving as if a breeze is flowing in. In the background, he can hear very small children giggling in another room.

We don't currently live together and we have no younger children. I know a lot of the dream is based on wants, but I'm curious to see if anyone can see any particular symbolism in that, especially with the dream having happened so many times. Thanks guys!

My friend has been having a dream the same for him for years and years.

Maybe he is thinking of children some day, I do not know to be honest, sometimes things don't make sense or add up dream-wise, or even mean anything at all. I am no professional but it sounds like something very positive, so on the bright side, at least it isn't scary! Well wishes to you and your boyfriend, and to those dream children!
Thanks for this!

I think he feels free around you and has a sense of well being.
