I have a nightmare every night where I dream that someone has broken into my house, and kidnapped my kids. In some instances, sleep paralysis accompanies this dream. I have PTSD (among other things), but I can't figure out how this specific dream has to do with anything in my life right now. It's so life-like that I get up to check on everyone. It always happens at about 3:26 am.

Are you fearing an empty nest? Feeling no connection with your kids?
