Since at least December I can fall asleep in like two mins. Just can't stay asleep. I go to bed around 10 or 11pm and wake around 1230am. Me and my two doctors have looked at everything for a cause. EVERYTHING. Can't find anything. We've tried almost every med to fix.. Ambien makes me sleep. Avtian and Vistril didn't do anything. Seroquel makes me vomit. Tranzadone makes me so groggy all next day. Mirtazipine OMG I gained like 30 pounds in a few months. Melatonin didn't work. Restoril interferes greatly with another med I'm on. So basically I get 1.5 hours of sleerp per night since Dec. I can barely function. Barely stand cause I'm so tired. Been wondering about goim g to the ER some day. Would that do any good? Oh I forgot to say when I wake up I walk around the apt or toss and turn. All just making me upset that I can't sleep. Thoughts??
