My sleep has been very restless lately, but not bad enough that I notice during the night. I have very little energy during the day, though. I use a FitBit, and check my slept record every morning. I thought it wasn't working for a while, because it was showing that I'd only get about 5 or 6 hours of sleep. I tried changing the setting to sensitive, and last night it shows only a little over 3 hours of sleep.
My restlessness seems to happen most in the middle of the night. Especially around 3-4 am, which I'm sure is because my boyfriend gets up at 4 for work. Other than this short period of time in the morning, I notice nothing of restlessness or being awake. How do I work towards more restful sleep? I've asked my doctor about sleep meds before and was told that there really aren't any that affect mid-night sleep. But I don't know what else there is I can do. Suggestions? Help? Anything? |

Stop using "fitbit" you might find that you will sleep better.

I'm not sure how that would help. It's just like wearing a watch.

The pattern continues, with a small exception last night. I'm pretty sure it's stress, I was pretty sure of that before I even posted this thread. I guess I was just hoping that it could be something else.
