There's a lot of support that can be available here on PC. The more you post, & reply to other members' posts, the more a part of the community you will become. There are books on the subject but a lot depends on the person and his/her own life and personality. The subconscious speaks in dreams but it's language is usually by symbols. Cars or bikes or any vehicle usually refer to one's own body. A back yard or basement means something in your deeper mind or subconsciousness. Being naked in public means your true feelings are being exposed.
